Limited Warranty and After-Sales Service Policy 

A 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase applies to the “WatchGa New Product Warranty” indicated on new products purchased from WatchGa Store. During this period, warranty service can be requested through WatchGa Store. For new products purchased at offline stores, the purchase receipt must be presented when applying for service; for products purchased online, the purchase receipt must be presented.

For consignment sales of open-box or pre-owned products, items marked with the “WatchGa Limited Warranty” are covered by a six-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The “WatchGa Limited Warranty” applies to products that the seller sends to the WatchGa Store for inspection, after which the product is consigned to and stored at the WatchGa Store for sale. In this process, the WatchGa Store conducts inspection and verification of the product’s condition and performance, and manages the entire process from storage to sale.
For products that are shipped directly by the seller without requesting inspection by the WatchGa Store, the transaction is conducted in the form of sales mediation rather than direct sales. Therefore, the “WatchGa Limited Warranty” does not apply, and the seller is solely responsible for providing any warranty for the product.

WatchGa Store provides inspection and necessary repair services, and a 6-month limited warranty is applied to the repaired parts.

Shipping Policy 

Shipping is divided into cases where it is sent by WatchGa Store and cases where it is sent directly by the seller. Products sent by WatchGa Store will be shipped via couriers such as Post Office or CJ Logistics for domestic shipping within South Korea. For international shipping, they will be sent through EMS, DHL, FedEx, MallTail overseas shipping services, etc.

When shipping begins, a shipping number is sent to the customer, and the customer can check the shipping status of the purchased product through this number. In the case of international shipping, taxes incurred during the process of entering the customer’s country must be borne by the customer.

Items to check after receiving the product 

When you receive the product, please be sure to check if it is the product you ordered. If any omissions or defects are found, you must contact WatchGa Store within 7 days after receiving the product to proceed with an exchange or return. Therefore, when you receive the product, please be sure to check whether the product is defective or whether any components are missing.

Exchange and Return Policy 

Purchased products can be returned according to the results of consultation after contacting WatchGa Store by e-mail within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with the product or a significant difference from the product description. In the case of new products, an exchange or return will be processed; in the case of open-box or used products, a return will be processed. At the time of return, all products and accessories included at the time of purchase must be included, and there must be no damage to or loss of the product tag, and if there is a protective film, there must be no traces of removal of the protective film. In the case of new products, if a defect occurs or a product different from the order details is sent, a return or exchange can be requested within 7 days from the date the product was supplied. In this case, the shipping cost is borne by the seller. In the case of a customer’s simple change of mind, refusal to receive, or exchange/return of goods, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer. Returns without prior consultation with WatchGa Store may result in refusal of receipt, so please be sure to consult with WatchGa Store in advance. In the case of exchange or return according to the results of consultation, please be sure to pack it safely in a box. For new products, exchange or return is not possible if: components are missing or damaged even if the product was not used; the product is damaged due to customer negligence or the value of the product is significantly lost; the product packaging is damaged due to failure to pack it in a box upon return; shipping costs are not paid for returns other than product defects; or the exchange and return period (within 7 days) is not observed.

Cases where exchange and return are possible

• In cases of initial defects, malfunctions, or when a product different from the order is delivered (WatchGa Store bears the cost of exchange).
• In cases of return or exchange due to a customer's simple change of mind, or refusal to receive the delivered product, the customer must bear the round-trip shipping costs.
• In cases of arbitrary shipping without consultation with WatchGa Store, it will be treated as refusal of receipt, so please consult with WatchGa Store for returns and exchanges. (Even if a courier other than the one designated by WatchGa Store is used, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.)

Cases where exchange and return are impossible

• If product components are missing or damaged even if the product was not used (e.g., packaging opened or used).
• If the product is damaged or its value is degraded due to customer negligence.
• If the product packaging is damaged due to poor or no box packaging upon return (Please be sure to pack it so that the product is safe).
• If the customer-borne shipping cost incurred for exchange and return is not paid.
• If the exchange and return period (within 7 days of receipt) is not observed.
